1992 Oldsmobile Silhouette 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

The fuel pump is new but no power is going to it. I need to know where the relay is to the pump in the tank..........

Welcome to the forum, the fuel pump relay should be underhood, passenger side front, behind headlamp. I didn't see a 4 cylinder listed, I looked at 3.0L engine. If more than one relay, should be the closest to fender. Check the wiring colors, gray-- red-- orange-- dark green wire with white tracer-- black wire with white tracer. Also, there is a fuel pump test connector close to the battery, red wire with electrical connector, nothing plugged into it, If you use a jumper wire, with inline fuse, from battery voltage, the pump should run, you don't need to use the key.
