1997 Oldsmobile Regency window motor

Interior problem
1997 Oldsmobile Regency 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 120k miles

Driver side window stuck in middle. won't move up or down. Has been sticking in center but will go up/down with assist. Noise of gear grinding at that point. Now will only click with up/down on button. Is motor replacement simply bolt on/off or more involved?

yep pretty much , have to get window raised up first. then remove door panel and water shield. remove window regulator motor nuts and motor will come off.
