two questions really: How do I determines which rear suspentions system I have and how many hours (flat rate) should I pay to have them replaced?

You either have a standard strut system, or air suspension. If you have struts, you eill be able to see them in the fenderwell. Average time for strut replacement is around 1.5 hours.
