While driving down the road and turn to the left a little at highway speeds I have a bad vibration in the front left and when I straighten the wheel out it goes away. It only happens while turning left.

Suspect worn wheel bearings or ball joint. Raise vehicle and support safely. Try to wiggle wheel. If wheel has play in it, replace worn component. Most of the time, worn wheel bearings are accompanied by loud noise which goes away by turning the wheel.
