location of signal flashers

I have a 92 cutlass ciera s with 115,00 miles. 6 cyl, four door. I am unable to locate the turn signal flasher for replacement. even a goodyear shop was unable to find ti with a print out from their own data base, wa shown to below and to the left of fuse box. behind lower dash panel

It is behind the right side of the dash , behind the fuse block,plugs into the back if I remember correctly

I removed the lower panel and the glove box interior, but no flasher. I think it must located on another planet with a transponder!
