My wiper motor works if I wiggle the wires under the hood it only works with the switch 50% of the time or I have to push the wipers or wiggle the wires

Double check the wiring connector to it could be loose and not making good contact and look for corrosion.

You might have to break out the ohmmeter and start doing continuity checks all the way to the switch. Or bring her in.
