cutlass ciera no spark no fuel

1994 cutlass ciera (4 cylinder) 80,000 miles
I have no spark and no fuel pressure. I have replaced the ECM still nothing any ideas?

It's a 15 amp fuse located in the top left of the fuse box.

Fuse is good any other suggestions???

I'm not sure how much I can help. I would check the main engine harnesses and connectors at the pcm for any possible damage or bad connections.

Does the fuel pump hum when the key is turned on?

May be a defective pcm.

There is a yellow fuse next to the blue fuse you checked, make sure that is also good.
