my bulbs are good, but i can't find where to replace the thing that makes them blink. Where is it?

i suppose your are talking about the turn signals.....
if so olsmobile usually put these in the dash panel underneath the steering column if it is not in the fuse box. when you find it turn your emergency flashers on if it clicks then keep looking for the t/s flasher. it will be a silver round flasher about 1 1/2" by 1 1/2 high. but it can be either in the fuse box or in the dash below the steeering column. the cover on te fuse box should tell you where it is located if in fusebox.
