1999 Silhouette minivan heater

The heater will not blow hot air. I had the thermostat replaced at the end of last winter, which seemed to fix the problem, but now it is cold again and the heater is not working properly. What do you think the problem could be? The car has over 175,000 miles on it.

For starters the coolant has to be full. Feel the heater hoses going into the heater core, are they hot? or is the one coming out cold?

Has any additives for leak stop been added?

Don't overlook a theremostat that went bad, regardless if it is fairly new.
