1999 Other Oldsmobile Models 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 64.000 miles

changed maf sensor problem cleared had a code po102. drove well for 3 months. same problem returned . changed sensor again cleared and ran fine for 3 weeks code po102 returned again. whats going on?
