My dad took the panel off to see what the problem was. My driver side window just all of a sudden fell down and won't stay up. The motor will still run but we thought it come off it's track but my dad said the little blue tops of the springs were broke off. Was just wondering if you knew what he was talking about, what they are called, and how i go about getting replacements. Thank alot!
