1998 Other Oldsmobile Models Cooling fans won't come on.

I have changed relays, checked fuses still won't come on. I also wired the fans direct and they come on so the the fans are good and relays are good and fuses are good. Don't know what else to check. I would like to know if I am missing anything else.

Could be the temperature switch or the coolant temperature sensor or the computer itself not energizing the relay.
