Need to replace the windshield wiper motor in a 1995 Olds Silhouette. What is involved?

Disconnect the negative side of battery, remove wiper arms and air cleaner, wiper motor connector, drive arm retaining bolts and wiper arm motor nuts, remove wiper and motor assembly w/ drive arms. reinstall in reverse.
