what are the causes of an intake manifold going out? Improper maintenance???
Also, the shop called with a repair bill of 700.00 parts and labor. Is this car, a 1995, worth putting that much into it??? If so...should I start looking at selling it and not putting more money into it???

what keeps failing on the manfiold?

700 bucks aint a bad investment on the car its low mileage.

what keeps failing on it? cracking? gasket going bad? leaking?

plastic or aluminum manifold? cast iron or aluminum heads?
