1995 Other Oldsmobile Models door locks

power locks will not operate on 95 olds regency 98. also the key will not even turn the lock on driver's door. where should i start?

Hi:
You need to remove the door panel and inspect the linkage. Something must have come apart between the tumbler and the lock itself.

Let me know what you find.
