1995 oldsmobile aurora 150,000mioles

when i start my car it idles really high untill I press the brakes it idles back down to normal idle. It also accelerates by itself when driving, my brakes control the idle. I thank you for your help.

Check the cable that attaches to the throttle body, take it off the TBI, operate the TBI by hand, if it moves freely, operate the gas pedal then pull cable and see which one stick, replace the bad one...
