1994 Other Oldsmobile Models Hesitation

I have a 94 oldsmobile royale 3800 v6 108000 miles. on take off hesitation and stumblingit also is surging at 55 mph.I have changed the plugs wires ,coils, and cleaned idle air controler valve . Problem still there please help!
