The car has been broke down a few years. I got a new battery and replaced the fuel pump, and I put new gas in it. Now the car wont start. It seems like it's going to start but it won't.

Lots of possibilities. DO you know how it broke down?

IF you can hear feul pump spinning and it is a new pump...we can assume it has fuel to the fuel rail that feed the injectors.
See if you have spark at a spark plug wire with it cranking...

If you have spark...try holding gas pedal down half way whn cranking..
You can also check the wires at one of the fuel injectors for pulse when it is cranking...
If it has fuel ,and the injetors are spraying, and spark it will usually run....maybe not well..but it should run...

A timing chain failure will make it crank but not run...but 94 models have great timing sets that rarely break or jump teeth or wear out.
