My pulley on my air conditioner compressor seized up and I bought a braket pulley to replace the compressor and pulley. I have installed the pulley and everyting is OK but the heater fan will not work. Is there a connection that I might have to make once I removed the compressor to make the fan work?

The blower motor has nothing to do with the compressor. Find the wire connector for the blower motor and direct power it from the battery. If it works back track it to the blower motor resistor then go from there.
