1989 Other Oldsmobile Models Automatic 174000 miles

Hi. My turn sigmals stopped working. I replaced all of the bulbs. Still not working. Bought a two terminal flasher, however I have no idea where it goes. I can only find one fuse panel and all of the fuses are fine. It said something about another fuse panel in the right sound insulation. I have no idea where it goes. Any idea where this flasher switch goes? Thanks It's a 1989, 88 Royale

its buried under the drivers side by the steering column on the right side. you will see a blue and a purple wire going to it. just keeep looking, eventually you will find it. its hard to find the first time.
