Is pump motor comming on can you hear it? if not check for voltage to pump. If pump runs t and there are no leaks then a blockage may have occured.
Also check air shut off valves apply vacuum if it does not hold replace most common cause of P0410

I had the same problem. In addition to the air pump, you may need to replace 1 or both of the 2 solenoid valves on the exhaust manifolds. When moisture gets into this air injection system it ususally ruins the valves as well as the pump. Also, there is a kit (upgrade) available for the pump air intake that will prevent moisture in the future. The valves were about $240 each and the upgrade was about $50.

Does anyone happen to know the part numbers for the valves, I have a 2002 Olds Intrigue that is having the same problem, and the AIR pump has been replaced 2 times in the last year.
