was driving steering wheel making clicking noises then steering wheel became difficult to turn and sorta of locked in position then could see fluid leaking from bottom of vehicle

Check and fill your power steering fluid reservior. Next look for what may be the wettest area from the leakage. You may be able to tell where the leaks is coming from this way. If not have someone start the engine while you watch for leakage. IT will probably be heavy so be ready and be ready to have the engine shut off quickly if the source is obvious.
