2001 Oldsmobile Intrigue Vent door acuator

I have air blowing out all vents (defrost, dash and floor) I am thinking the vent door actuator is stuck or broken. Where under the dash is this vent door acuator located and what side.

According to the service manual, the vent door actuator is on the left side of the case. It says it is a vacuum actuator, so I would check it and the vacuum. Possibly you could have a broken vacuum line.
