when the engine first statrs the car runs rough,you have to have your foot on the gas pedal for about 30 seconds or the car will die? it hesitates and blows black smoke but after that it runs just fine ? what could be causeing this problem?

Sounds like you may have an injector draining down or possibly a fuel pressure regulator thats blown.On the fuel rail(Where injectors plug in) there is a round item with a vacuum line to the intake manifold.If there is any fuel present in the vacuum line the regulator is bad. Be sure the tune up is good too, at that mileage you should be on your second set of plugs
