You'll have frequent overheating if you drive at sustained speeds around 60 or drive for long trips. And you'll have to replace coolant often.

An easy way to check is to remove the cap on your coolant surge tank. Start your motor and watch the coolant as someone revs the motor to at least 1,500 r.p.m.s.

If you see large bubbles, then your head gasket is blown. You'll have to actually look at the coolant while the motor is being reved, because the bubbles will come and go quickly.
