1999 Oldsmobile Intrigue 6 cyl Automatic 149000 miles

My front turn signals don't work I replaced the bulbs and they still don't work. They light up but don't blink any ideas of what it could be?

yes, the flasher fuse is bad, yours should be located right underneath the steering column
