i was in a car accident, the truck hit my drivers side front fender. since the accident my alignment is off and my transmission is slipping and leaking oil. nothing was wrong with this car until this happend and the insurance is saying there these damages are not related. my car was only two months old when i bought it and is it possible for these damages to be related. thank you.

i all depends on how hard you were hit.

if the car is no longer square, then the alignment will be off.

if the CV shaft was driven into the transmission hard enough that could caused a leak.

but the transmission slipping wouldn't be related, unless you have lost a lot of fluid.
