Why do my day time runnung lights go out when i turn my heater on? And when my heater is on the blowere will be on any speed even high and barely any air comes out. Also another question is my car seems to hesitate when i want to pick up speed unless i push the gas pedal all the way to the floor, what causes this?

Have you checked for bad or damaged grounds? As far as the engine, has the check engine light come on? Have you ever had the fuel pump pressure checked?
