I have replaced the fuel filter and put a new pressure regulator on the car. The car engine will not fire over and run unless you have the gas pedal all the way to the floor and as soon as you let your foot off of the gas pedal the engines dies as if it is not getting fuel. Is there any other sensor[s] that I could replace?

Check and test the coolant temperature sensor and clean out the idle air control valve and EGR valve to include a fuel pressure check.
