1994 Oldsmobile Delta 88 sub frame bushing replacement

i can access the top nut on the rear bushing, but only the one closest to the engine, the rear one (the are two in the rear) when i try to loosen the rear one i cannot hold the nut from spinning i have asked around and have been told to cut the floor board is that the most professional way? it does not seem likely please advise

Is it the most professional way? I would say no, but it would work. If you are unable to get a wrench on the bolt to hold it, that may be the only solution. I would most likely drill a large enough hole and then when done, get a rubber plug to fit the hole and seal it.
