my turn signals quit working but my hazard lights still work i changed the flasher fuse but people told me that there is 2 on my car where do i find the other 1

The turn flasher shows to be located on the left kick panel, if you think it is a turn flasher issue? Fuse # 8 is for the turn signals, goes hot with the key on. Check for voltage.
