My driver side window will go down but not up. All other windows work fine.

Not exactly sure how the system is set up on this vehicle, but if it goes one way and not the other, it is probably the switch. Check voltage at the motor in the down and the up position. If you don't have voltage in the up position, check at the switch.

If it can go down the motor is okay-check the wiring/switch and the express down module see below
