How do you get the rocker arms off and to what torque do you re-tighten them to? Is it recomended to replace the fuel injector o-ring gaskets when you take the injectors out?

124 inch lbs. Torque. After you tigten them. Turn and additional 30degrees. And yes it is recommended that you replace the o rings on your injectors when servicing them. Because they sometimes get frayed or chipped plus they become degraded overtime
