1998 Oldsmobile Cutlass grinding noise & chirps

when i turn to the left there is a grinding noise coming from the front passenger tire. when i am goin straight thereis a chirping sound from the same wheel area. i just replaced the rotors & pads on the front of my car. what could be causing this?

It could be the axle half shaft c/v joint.
