I have a bad vacuum hose going to the engine will that cause bad gas mileage? What is the name of the hose that goes to the engine block that is a small in diameter that I need to replace?

Hi there,

Any vacuum leak will affect the fuel consumption, unfortunately I have no idea as to which vacuum hose you are referring to, if you are not sure what it is, drop into a mechanic and show then the hose and they will advise you.
