MY BELT MAKES A LOT OF NOISE AT CERTAIN TIMES. DO PULLEYS NEED OIL? , DO YOU THINK THE BELT SHOULD BE CHANGED?

Your car doesn't have a timing belt. It has a chain. If your hearing a belt noise, it may be from the regular drive belt. Get a spray bottle with water and spray the belt with the engine running and see if it immediately stops indicating a belt problem.
