My signal lights wont flash, i have changed all of the bulbs and checked the fuses. The lightd will stay on they just wont flash like there supposed to. The hazard lights wok and flash. Please help, what else could it be?

Replace the turn signal flasher, it's mounted to the right and top of the steering column, usually a round three prong relay..but it can be square too.
