Engine Mechanical problem
1995 Oldsmobile Cutlass 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 120k miles

I recently change the thermostat and had to take the throttle body off to do so. Now that I have it all back together the idle bounces around @4k rpms. I bought a new throttle body seal, so I don't think i'm sucking air.I'm sure I have it back the way it came off. The only thing I can think of is while i was taking thermostat housing off, the wrench slipped and made a spark.Maybe a fuse? and what fuse would cause this? Thanx
