My engine overheats because the fan is not working?

My engine overheats because the fan is not working. What could cause me fan not to work? Could it be the fuse or an electrical problem. Please let me me.

Check all the fuses below if okay -test the relays. Try this power the fan motor direct from the battery if it comes on-test the coolant temperature sensor if okay could be a problem with the computer control of the relays-

The fuse is on the right side of the dash, here is a wiring diagrams for the cooling fans so you can see how the system works and the fuse location as well.
