1995 Oldsmobile Cutlass Brake Lights

95 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme. The brake lights are not working properly. All the other lights work properly. When I get in the car at a stop the lights work but as soon as i start moving the brake lights stop working. We have changed the bulbs and checked everything. We are so confused. Any help is greatly appreciated.

brake lights are on when vehicle has stopped moving, but when moving vehicles brakes turn off? sounds like its working to me!
