1994 Oldsmobile Cutlass not getting fuel

i shut my car off and it wouldnt restart, never had any problems up to that point,its not getting gas and we need to know where the fuel pump ECM is located under the hood

check fuses and relays, also there should be a little red wire with a little plug on the end of it, and it looks like it should be plugged into something but its not. that is where you can check if your getting power from the fuel pump all you need is a 12 volt tester.
