1994 Oldsmobile Cutlass no spark after fixing tranny

Took the 3100 motor out of my 1994 Olds Cutlass Supreme to change the bad tranny. When i took it out it ran great. Now i put it back in and have everything hooked up the same as it was and now i cannot get any spark.

Could it be a sensor? computer?

Check all the wiring harness and connectors -might want to start on the crankshaft position sensor-
