Electrical problem

I have a 94 cutlass ciara,theres no power to the fuel pump could it be a blown fuse?and were would the fuse for the fuel pump be?
I already replaced the fuel pump, and the relay. There is power to the relay, but no power from the relay to the pump. Cannot find a fuse, or impact safety switch anywhere. Don't know source of the higher amp voltage that comes out of the relay and to the pump.
