1993 Oldsmobile Cutlass It want start

I was having a problem with my Catalytic converter, so i replaced it with a pipe. Still want start up. Put a new battery in it, still want start up. It has gas.I checked the spark plugs.

I need help.

Are you getting both spark and fuel to the engine? Have you checked fuel pump pressure?
