I CAN'T FIND THE FUSE BLOCK THAT CONTROLS THE ACCESSORIES. THE OWNERS MANUAL SAYS THAT THERE IS A FUSE BLOCK UNDER THE INSTRUMENT PANEL, BUT I CAN'T FIND IT. NONE OF THE CONTROLS FOR THE CRUISE, HORN, RADIO, AND CLIMATE CONTROL LOCATED ON MY STEERING WHEEL DO NOT WORK. I HAVE FOUND THREE FUSE BLOCKS - ONE IN THE GLOVE BOX, AND TWO IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT, BUT THERE IS SUPPOSED TO BE ANOTHER ONE UNDER THE INSTRUMENT PANEL. PLEASE HELP ME AS I CAN'T FIND IT.

you should be able to unscrew the panel right under your steering wheel to reveal the other fuses
