I just recently had ignition module and crank shaft sensor replaced, module would shut down car when module got hot. When I got car back from shop I mentioned that is was idling rough, was told to change plugs and wires which I did and has never ran better, until, the day after changing the plugs and wires I was driving along and car shut off. I couldn't here the fuel pump so I checked fuse it was blown and replaced it and car started up, got 10 or so miles down the road and fuse blew again but this time every time I put fuse in it blow by just turning the key on. I had it towed to shop they checked out the fuse blowing by looking at wiring harness and individually plugging in fuel inj and fuel pump to if one or another would blow fuse. They couldn't get it to repeat the fuse blowing and so I took home drove it for 2 days started blowing fuse again had it towed they changed fuel pump and drove it a little bit just to have it blow same fuse again. Car 1991 Olds Cutlass Calais 2.5 engine. Any suggestions as to the cause of problem?
