right rear brake caliper is not releasing. I just replaced it with a new one and bleed the system. the left side is working fine I replaced it too. It is not releasing the pressure in the caliper.

Open bleeder does it release pressure and free rotor? If yes replace the flexible brake line it has ruptured inside and is holding pressure.
