I accuried this car today,I drove it aproximatly 5 miles. at first it wouldn't stay running due to sitting a few months, then as we were driving I heard a sputtering noise, kinda like someting was hitting the fan. It ran good a lot of power ,but when we got it home and started looking at the engine, after checking the airconditioning the fan quit spinning, whats the problem?

sounds like the fan is no good. did you see if it will spin by hand and feel if it is wobbling or seized?

you guys were awsome helping me with my heater core,thanks to you guys I got it fixed myself without taking it to a shop,
