Engine hesitates and car loses power?

At speeds above 50mph, the engine hesitates and loses power and the engine vibrates somewhat. Also, the engine loses a lot of power when driving uphill. I had the spark plugs and the gas filter changed, and also had the timing adjusted. But the problem persists?

Have the fuel pressure tested, the pump or regulator needs to be replaced.

Also, I would do a catalytic converter test because it sounds like it is clogged. Here is guide to help.
