Engine Mechanical problem
1987 Oldsmobile Cutlass V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a loose power steering belt on my 1987 cutlass (307ci) and I have found all the bolts, but I still can't get the pump to slide over. There is no tension pulley on this model. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

One of two things... Either you missed a bolt (could be in the back of the pump) or the belt is stretched to a point that there is no more room to move the pump.
